Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused skis and equipment in their original packaging. Please note that skis cannot be returned once the bindings have been mounted or the factory seal is broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused skis or equipment back into the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
